BallFields app for iPhone and iPad

Release 1.0 has all USABL complexes and fields in it (nearly 4000) with detailed statistics about size, distance to backstop, geocoded home plates for walking directions from a parking lot, distances to toilets, live commenting on the facility or field. Live ratings for parking,toilets, food, shade as well as field attributes. A scouting module allows for creation of private groups, sharing of messages and media about the fields and teams you see and play.

This app uses an auto-renewing subscription to provide access to the detailed database of Sports Fields, Playing Surfaces, Ratings and Comments. This subscription is required to use the App. The subscription allows you to search for fields and view details about them, including facilities, food, toilets etc. It also allows you access to descriptions of individual playing surfaces (infield type, outfield type, distances to fences, batting cages etc). With the subscription you can also view community ratings of each element of the fields and provide your own ratings and comments. A subscription must be purchased after 3 days of initial use. Once a subscription is purchased, you will have one month of use before you are charged. The subscription will renew automatically every month until you cancel.
